Terms of Use and Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 14 October 2026

These terms govern every SIP line FLYcall provides. By placing a call through the service you accept them.

1. Caller ID is chosen by you

FLYcall does not verify ownership of the number you present as caller ID. The service transmits the number configured on your line exactly as you set it, including numbers that are not assigned to you. That choice, and every consequence of it, is yours alone.

You warrant that you are entitled to present each number you configure, and that doing so breaches no law, no third-party right and no agreement you are bound by.

2. What you are responsible for

You are solely responsible for: who you call, what is said, the number you present, consent where consent is required, and compliance with telecommunications, marketing and data-protection law in every country you call into.

3. What is not permitted

Calls that are unlawful in the destination country; presenting a number in order to impersonate a person, a public body or a company; any form of fraud; harassment; emergency-number misuse; and automated calling where local law requires prior consent you do not hold.

4. Indemnity

You indemnify FLYcall against every claim, fine, penalty, carrier charge, legal cost and loss arising from your use of the service, including any arising from the caller ID you presented. This survives termination of your account.

5. Suspension

FLYcall may suspend any line immediately and without notice where abuse is suspected, where a carrier or regulator requires it, or where continued use would expose FLYcall to liability. Suspension does not reduce amounts already due.

6. Records

Call detail records — time, duration, the number dialled and the caller ID presented — are retained for ninety days in full, then reduced to the data needed for billing and accounting. They are disclosed to a carrier, a regulator or a court where we are legally required to do so, and are used to identify the account responsible for any reported abuse.

7. Limits of this agreement

This agreement allocates responsibility between you and FLYcall. It does not limit any obligation either party owes to a regulator or to a third party under applicable law.
